Carrot, formerly known as Virtual Field, has launched the Carrot Analytics Dashboard, an analytics tool designed to provide eyecare practices with real-time visibility into diagnostic workflow activity across providers, locations, and devices. According to the company, the dashboard consolidates diagnostic testing data into a single interface, allowing practices to monitor testing activity and operational performance. The tool is intended to help administrators identify workflow inefficiencies, evaluate resource utilization, and compare testing activity across different locations and providers.
The dashboard centralizes performance data to provide a broader view of testing activity and utilization trends, including metrics related to testing volume, device and provider utilization, tests performed per visit, and discrepancies between completed tests and recorded activity. Carrot said the information is designed to support operational decision-making and workflow analysis.
For organizations with multiple locations, the dashboard allows users to compare activity across sites and monitor trends over time. The tool may assist administrators in evaluating staffing needs and identifying variations in workflow practices across their networks, Carrot shared.
The Analytics Dashboard is available through the Carrot platform. The company said it plans to expand the product over time with additional reporting features, analytics, and workflow management capabilities.
