Today, things have changed. According to a recent survey of men from the Cleveland Clinic, which looked at how the pandemic has affected men both physically and mentally, 77% said their stress levels increased during the pandemic and 59% reported they felt isolated.
The survey also revealed that 66% of men said they rarely discuss the toll that Covid-19 has been taking on their mental health.
On the positive side, the survey also noted that an impressive 45% of men feel healthier now than before the pandemic. In fact, 28% are sleeping more, 22% are adding more exercise to their routines, and 19% are eating healthier meals.
Here, with a nod to a leaner, cleaner focus on living for men today, we serve up a lineup of eyewear styles for the gender that enter new territory by redefining vision for the modern man.
