Revolutionary Design
Silhouette is celebrating 25 years of Titan Minimal Art, its minimalist, rimless eyewear collection that features styles that are free from hinges and screws—each weighing in at approximately 2 grams.
“I simply wanted to omit anything that was unnecessary, while also refusing to compromise in terms of design and comfort," shares designer Gerhard Fuchs on his approach to the revolutionary design; 12.4 million pairs have been sold to date.
To commemorate the collection’s respect from astronauts due to its lightweight design and nonslip fit, the anniversary campaign, “Born on Earth. Worn in Space.”, showcases an international marketing campaign featuring models posing in backgrounds created by artificial intelligence/computer-generated imagery.
Silhouette shares that the latest release features the first-ever lenses to receive a Partial Color Groove, combined with a tint. Pictured is Titan Minimal Art style 5599 in two fashion-forward shapes.
