May 6, 2021 — The American Optometric Association (AOA) member benefit initiative AOAExcel has announced an upcoming webinar focused on student loan refinancing for optometrists.  

Presented via AOAExcel and its student loan refinancing partner, Laurel Road, the webinar is free for AOA members and will take place on Tuesday, May 11 at 8 p.m. ET.

The webinar, “Mid-Year Financial Check-in: Navigating Your Student Loans Amid Interest Rate Uncertainty” will cover topics including how AOA members can navigate the recent federal updates and current interest rates, student loan basics, what AOA members should look for when choosing a refinancing lender, how AOA members can qualify for a 0.25% interest rate discount, and more. 

The AOA has shared that attendees can bring questions and have them answered live or submit them ahead of time after registering.
