Jan. 30, 2025 — Nearly 300 optical industry professionals gathered at The Vision Council (TVC)’s 2025 Executive Summit Feb. 19-22 in Santa Barbara, CA. The three-day event included discussions on leadership, industry trends, and economic challenges, along with networking opportunities.
During the Annual Business Meeting on Jan. 23, TVC reviewed its 2024 achievements, outlined strategic priorities for the year ahead, and confirmed the 2025 board of directors and elected new officers: Jamie Rosin, Rosin Eyecare, chair; Jim McGrann, Advancing Eyecare, vice chair; Scott Shapiro, Europa Eyewear, immediate past chair; and John Lakey, Hilco Vision, secretary/treasurer.
