Kenmark launches Celine Dion Eyes
Celine Dion, the woman who captured the essence of the movie Titanic with a song, now has an eyewear collection that is available through Kenmark. Celine Dion first took the music world by storm with her recording "When I Fall In Love" that topped the charts during the early '90s. From that point on, the hits just kept on coming. In 1998, she hit the pinnacle of her career when she recorded the theme song for the blockbuster movie Titanic- "My Heart Will Go On." Today, with sales of nearly 60 million albums worldwide, Celine Dion is an international superstar. The new Celine Dion Eyes ophthalmic collection reflects the star's understated elegance with metal, plastic, and rimless models available in 18 styles. Artcraft premieres Vanity Fair
Artcraft has developed an eyewear collection named Vanity Fair that is targeted specifically toward the 35-plus woman who wants eyewear that can go from the boardroom to the beach. The collection is comprised of nine frames, mostly in metal and stainless steel, in shapes ranging from almond, oval, and rectangle to semi-rimless styles. Frame colors include soft blue, navy, orchid, rose, burgundy, brown, bronze, gold, and silver. Open end-pieces, snap-in nosepads, and spring hinges are some of the distinctive features that add to the collection's appeal. Vanity Fair's newest styles-VF124, VF125, and VF126-were just introduced this month. Style VF125 is the first plastic style in the collection. Wholesale prices range from $54.99 to $59.99. Jill Stuart first made a splash on the fashion scene in 1993 when she showcased flirty kilt skirts that sold more than 100,000 units the first month after they hit the runway. Since then, Stuart has garnered a reputation for creating fun, feminine designs with generous doses of pink and purple color. Now she has partnered with Eyewear Designs to produce Jill Stuart sunwear. The collection is targeted to young, culturally diverse female consumers who want sunwear in feminine colors and sassy shapes. The metal sunwear selections include rimless and double-bridge aviator styles in solid and gradient lenses. Plastics feature soft iridescent pastel color.
