PRO DESIGN INTRODUCES IRIS
The IRIS collection comes in four shapes, each available in six different colors, all in stainless steel. Ornate, cut-out temple designs, made with the help of a laser, are comprised of patterns inspired by champagne bubbles and flower vines. According to the company, these fun frames are meant to symbolize joy and a sense of ultra-femininity and are targeted to female wearers. The construction of the decorated temples is such that the hinge is hidden and the pattern flows from front to back. When worn, the temple decorations appear to float alongside the face, and even sprinkle shadows of bubbles or flowers onto the cheeks.
"This collection has an unmistaken feminine touch," says Lars Toftdahl, sales director. "These designs are aimed at a clientele with a mature, yet fresh taste in eyewear." For more information, call 800-654-6099.

ZYLOWARE LAUNCHES GET
IT? EYEWEAR

The Get It? collection is targeted toward smaller-faced males and females and was developed for the trendy but active modern teenager. The collection introduces three styles, each featuring Zylo-Flex titanium memory metal.
In order to truly understand what teens were looking for in eyewear, the company reached out to the George Westinghouse High School in Brooklyn, N.Y., to get the students' opinions. The company even asked students to suggest potential names for the new collection. Ebonie Grantham, a 17-year-old student, suggested "Get It?"
"The name Get It? piqued our interested from the start," says Chris Shyer, company president. "It's edgy, yet innocent. We wanted to appeal to teens' rebellious side, while remaining appropriate for young people." For more information, call 800-765-3700.
