TODD RODGERS EYEWEAR ROUNDS OUT FRESHMAN SEASON

Todd Rogers Eyewear is wrapping up its national debut year with a decidedly strong launch. Todd Rogers Eyewear is an "indie" company dedicated to the art of wearing glasses. Veteran optician Todd Rogers has blended his love of design with his knowledge of the human face and built a brand of eyewear "made to be worn." The line is 15 ophthalmic styles and five sun models made from Italian and Japanese acetates with German hinges.

Each model emphasizes ease of prescribing in both ophthalmic and sun and many frames are unisex. True to his Boston-based roots, Todd Rogers injects his clean designs with rich colors and timeless textures to create a collection that is classic and modern, with a twist. The brand is available to fine optical shops across the United States and Canada.

MARMA EYEWEAR LONDON DEBUTS

Marma Eyewear London has announced the opening of Marma USA and the launch of Marma Eyewear sunglasses collection in the U.S. market. Made in Italy, the collection of metal sunglasses features classic and traditional shapes. Marma Eyewear styles feature lens technology from Marinelli Oftalmica Italy—"Dinamica Sun Revolution" is a photochromic colored lens that is Rx-able with a lightly colored fashion start tint that darkens rapidly when exposed to sun and returns back to start tint in shade. Lens colors include: indigo, amethyst, green, amber, brown, rose, and gray. The range is targeted to high-end eyewear boutiques, and is also available for Rx use in 1.55 index; power ranges from −3.00 to +3.00 (sph.+cyl.) single vision and progressive lenses.
