Oakley is set to debut the G30 polarized, deep blue, shallow blue, OO red iridium polarized, and OO black iridium polarized lenses in Oakley True Digital (OTD) and Rx at International Vision Expo West (booth #16115). G30 lenses are polarized for maximum glare reduction and tuned contrast, perfect for golfing. Deep blue blocks blue light for deep water fishing or boating, while shallow blue is best for fishing the flats and identifying hazards in shallow water conditions. OO red iridium combines contrast enhancement and OO polarized technology with a specialized mirror for combating harsh glare in hot, hazy conditions. OO black iridium cuts glare in bright sun while boosting colors and improving contrast.

The program is made up of three components—in-office staff training, consultative support, and diagnostic dispensing system of low-vision aids—and contains all necessary tools to begin offering a successful low vision care service to patients. A customized per-job layout chart can be printed for job verification.

The unit also offers patient-friendly settings such as the ability to view pictures, demos, marketing and education videos, as well as PowerPoint presentations. Images can be saved and printed for handout and patient file, transmitted to a lab, and sent and stored electronically.
