Matt Geller, O.D., wants you to love your job.
As the founder of newgradoptometry.com and optometrystudents.com , and co-founder of covalentcareers.com , Dr. Geller, who no longer practices, says, “I live vicariously through the O.D.s we help to find jobs they love.”
So, what’s on his radar for the next generation of optometrists?
“Going forward, we need leaders to help optometry integrate with new technologies and to create system efficiencies that will lead to better patient experiences,” Dr. Geller says. “Focus on what other industries are doing to win, and take lessons from them.” —Kerri Ann Raimo
