CELEBRATE ETHNICITY

Following a year and a half of detailed design preparation, Ethnicity Eyewear has released its African Collection.

With guiding style expertise by Adam Ramsey, O.D., owner of Socialite Vision in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, and co-founder of Black Eyecare Perspective, plus Anissa Laval Kiyemba, optician at The Cutting Edge of Eyewear in Berkeley, CA, the African Collection aims to celebrate cultural diversity and provide properly fitting frames.

The collection features seven optical styles in a diverse range of shapes, including rounds, squares, and cat-eye silhouettes. The frame colors were specifically chosen to either pop on or subtly blend with the broad range of African skin tones. Styles are handmade in Ethnicity Eyewear’s factory in Sanjo, Japan, and constructed using Japanese and Italian acetate and beta titanium.
