Safilo Group has announced it will introduce Eastman Tenite Renew in its optical and sunglass collections, making the company the first to use all Eastman Renew materials for eyewear. The material will be progressively rolled out across Safilo’s brand portfolio, beginning in January 2023 with Levi’s collections.
 
To be released as part of the Levi’s Tenite Renew collection, these frames feature a classic rectangle shape made of Eastman’s material. Composed of 42% bio-based content and a minimum of 20% recycled content, the material is designed to offer the same feel and comfort of acetate with fit adjustability to benefit opticians.
