Nov. 9, 2023 — Thélios, the eyewear division of LVMH, has announced its acquisition of Barton Perreira, a luxury eyewear company founded by Bill Barton and Patty Perreira in 2007.

Set to be completed in the next few weeks, the acquisition represents an expansion of Thélios’s portfolio in the luxury eyewear market.
