Oct. 17, 2024 — CooperVision has appointed Debbie Olive as chief commercial officer, where she will lead global commercial functions and drive growth across the product portfolio. Olive, who has been with CooperVision for over a decade, previously served as president of Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), achieving record revenues and market share in the region, according to CooperVision. Prior to joining CooperVision in 2013, Olive held senior sales and marketing roles at Novartis, Marks & Spencer, Kraft Jacob Suchard, and William Grant & Sons.
Succeeding her as president of the EMEA region is Rodolphe Rota, who was promoted after overseeing key markets like France, Iberia, and Italy. Previously, Rota spent nearly 30 years working in sales at Procter and Gamble, where he was named vice president of European sales, oral care.
Geoff Cochran has been appointed national account director at Hilco Vision for its vision care solutions division. In his new role, Cochran will focus on expanding key partnerships and driving growth across Hilco Vision’s portfolio, including brands like Bruder Healthcare and M&S Technologies. He will work on delivering comprehensive solutions to eyecare professionals, with products ranging from dry eye treatment essentials to advanced diagnostic tools.
VSP Vision has appointed Jeff Koziel as chief network officer, where he will oversee network strategy and key business areas including VSP Ventures, onsite clinics, Eyeconic, and Visionworks. Beginning his career as a pharmacist with Walgreens before going onto serve in a variety of leadership roles throughout his 25 years at the company, including as senior vice president, Koziel most recently served as president of Dental Care Alliance.
