HERITAGE + EDGE
American fashion label rag & bone presents its first eyewear collection from Safilo, a Spring/Summer 2018 launch for men and women.
At its core, rag & bone is known for its innovative yet functional designs—fusing British heritage with edgy New York sensibility. Launched in 2002, rag & bone today offers a full range of men’s and women’s ready-to-wear, denim, footwear, and more, with 27 branded stores and other retail outlets in more than 53 countries.
The new eyewear collection channels rag & bone’s iconic aesthetic through 31 styles, including eight women’s and nine men’s sunglasses, as well as seven optical frames each for men and women.
Standout details include a novel TORX six-point screw-head hinge system designed to protect the hinges and acetate while making the frame easier to adjust for a customized fit. A special screwdriver kit will be provided to all retailers.
Suggested retail pricing ranges from $185 to $295.
