EssilorLuxottica and Meta expand their artificial intelligence-enabled eyewear portfolio with the introduction of new Ray-Ban Meta optical styles designed specifically for prescription wearers.
The latest additions—Ray-Ban Meta Blayzer Optics (Gen 2) and Scriber Optics (Gen 2)—mark a shift toward optical-first designs, featuring updated construction aimed at improving fit and customization: slimmer profiles, interchangeable nose pads, extended hinges for greater flexibility, and adjustable temple tips. A dedicated action button allows users to activate Meta AI functions, enabling hands-free access to features such as content capture and voice commands.
The Blayzer Optics, pictured above, features a rectangular silhouette.
Another classic shape, the Scriber features a square silhouette.
Both models support multiple lens types, including single-vision, progressive, and light-adaptive options.
