SANTINELLI INTERNATIONAL
LT-1200 Xtreme-D tracer
EXTREME CURVES
The LT-1200 Xtreme-D, Santinelli International’s newest generation display screen tracer, offers high-curve frame trace capability with fully automatic operation. According to Santinelli, the LT-1200 can reproduce optimal digitized frame data, regardless of frame curve, with software that algorithmically calculates the effect that the curve imparts on the frame size. Because the tracer uses 50 percent less stylus pressure than previous models and approaches from 90 degrees perpendicular to the frame as well as horizontally parallel, the stylus pressure is dispersed over a larger area of the frame.
The new stylus tip design prolongs its life and reduces abrasion and friction, producing a more accurate digitized trace of any frame. The LCD touchscreen provides all pertinent information for lens processing, is intuitive, and it features an array of functions, including shape editing mode for custom designs.
