Gearing Up for VEE
Next month, International Vision Expo East returns to the Javits Center in NewYork. The show, which runs March 14 to 17, will showcase a collection of eyewear, accessories, equipment, and technology from the biggest names in optical under one roof. In addition, attendees will have access to 325 hours of continuing education as well as product launches, parties, giveaways, celebrity sightings, and other show specials.

The Visionomics® track, a series of COPE- and ABO-approved business building courses dedicated to securing the fiscal health of your business, returns to VEE. Eyecare Business is pleased to be official trade media partner for the series.

The Frame Buyer Certificate Program, co-sponsored by EB, returns with all new classes and speakers. Over the course of 11 sessions, attendees will learn how to streamline the process of managing, monitoring, positioning, and promoting their frame inventory. Attendees who complete eight hours within the track will earn a Frame Buyer Certificate. |
DEFINING YOUR CXO
New to this year’s CE curriculum is the Chief eXperience Officer Certificate program, for which Eyecare Business is proud to be the exclusive media partner. The program is designed to help ECPs designate and empower a CXO in their practice to help drive and implement extraordinary customer service. Program attendees will learn to differentiate their business from the Internet and increase patient satisfaction, loyalty, and profits. They will also learn how to create demand and desire for their personalized approach to eyewear and eyecare delivery.
The session, which was created and will be delivered by Scott Deming, a nationally renowned expert on customer service, will be held on Saturday, March 16 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Those who successfully complete the four-hour program will earn a CXO certificate.
