Unveils Sunlites Collection

Altair introduces the Sunlites ophthalmic eyewear and clip collection with six men’s styles and five women’s styles. The modern frames have durable spring hinges and on-trend shapes. A set of three rimless, magnetic clips custom-fit for each Sunlites style are an optional add-on.

The Sunlites polarized clip filters glare, enhances clarity, and offers complete UV protection. The 3D clip offers the ultimate distortion-free 3D movie-viewing experience possible. The contrast clip has a light yellow tint with a backside anti-reflective coating. All Sunlites clips feature a streamlined bridge mount that secures with one hand and come with a brown or gray tint to coordinate with your frame color.

Arnette rolls out Ophthalmic Collection

Arnette has launched its first ophthalmic eyewear collection. Created in a one-car garage in Orange County, California, in 1992, the Arnette brand is based on the principle that “doing things your own way—and having a lot of fun doing it—is not only the right way, it’s the only way,” company representatives note, adding that the Arnette Optical Collection’s fashion-forward styles not only enhance the wearer’s vision, but complement their personal style as well.

Each frame in the collection offers spring hinges and flexible, handcrafted acetate that helps ensure a custom fit. Rich logo detailing and diverse color options boost style. Progressive friendly, the new ophthalmic frames can accommodate +2.00 to -7.00 Rx.

Frames in the new Arnette ophthalmic collection are primarily men’s and unisex looks in acetate and combinations, and include sleek, rounded, and angular styles in rich colors such as matte black, dark Havana, gray Havana, matte black on red, black on green, and matte dark blue—with rock-influenced names, such as Fader, Dub, and Holly.
