The experts at SCORE, mentors to America’s small businesses, have gathered statistics concerning how much online activity consumers engage in prior to a purchase and how well small businesses’ websites are rising to the challenge of fulfilling these consumers’ needs for information.
Their findings? Small business’ websites may not be doing what their owners hoped for. The group has created this infographic that demonstrates statistically what websites should do to drive consumer action, and where many of them fall short.
SCORE is a nonprofit association dedicated for the past 50 years to helping small businesses get off the ground, grow, and achieve their goals through education and mentorship.

SWITCH IT ON
Switch Vision has launched its remodeled website, featuring an updated user experience among other new features. The performance sunwear brand is known for its Magnetic Interchange Technology that enables users to quickly swap out lenses and eyecups as light conditions change.
Special areas of interest on the site include a live social media feed located on the home page, a lens simulator module highlighting the range of specialty lenses available for each frame style, and a section devoted to Switch’s brand ambassadors. According to the company, whose parent is Liberty Sport, more new features are planned for later in 2015.

With an updated and more eye-catching look, optimized navigation, and easier access to content, the new website for WooDone eyewear has launched. The re-designed layout makes it possible to find everything needed to explore everything from available styles and distribution to press releases and images from the new ad campaign. That campaign, shot in Lago de Braies, shows the “WooDone family” enjoying various settings wearing the company’s eyewear.
