The Marc Jacobs collection from Safilo is debuting a stunning, extensive new line extension that ushers in a new era for the brand. L’Amy America Unveils New Men’s Collection
L’Amy America introduces the TLG (Thin. Light. Glasses.) Collection for men, designed with 100% pure titanium. According to L’Amy, TLG Collection frames are 48% lighter than regular metal frames.
The TLG Collection also features three additional design concepts: wood temples, “zipper” temples, and integrated spring hinges.
Paired with a titanium front, the wood laminate temples on models NU004 and NU005 are constructed of laminated layers of pre-treated wood veneers, including American walnut, Chinese walnut, and American maple.
The patented “zipper” temples on frames NU008, NU011, and NU015 are also made with 100% titanium, and their hinge-like performance provides the benefit of having a spring hinge without the bulky box construction and added weight.
The integrated spring hinge in titanium on model NU017 (pictured) offers a more traditional-looking temple without the weight of a spring hinge.
The TLG Collection suggested retail pricing is $195.

Etnia Barcelona Launches Capsule Collection
Etnia Barcelona introduces the Jean-Michel Basquiat collection, an homage to the late artist and his influential work. The sunwear styles in the collection aim to transmit the powerful and emotional aspects of Basquiat’s works—specifically “Fallen Angel” (1981), “Glenn” (1984), and “In This Case” (1983).
Several intriguing patterns from these three art pieces are transferred to an exclusive collection of four unisex models of sunglasses in round and square shapes. Each piece in the capsule collection is a representation of Basquiat’s creations. “In This Case” on Basquiat 02 is pictured here.
The collection’s premium glass lenses are crafted from pure mineral crystal and are photochromic with scratch-resistant coating. The styles retail for $299.
