On Sight…
This is the first film to be this comprehensive on human vision. It’s about
the science, technology, humanity,
and medicine of sight.
The Film’s Technological Breakthrough…
After experiencing EnChroma glasses for the color blind, we developed what we are calling Color Assist, which can help the color blind see color in the film extraordinarily well. 300 million people [are color blind today].
Further-Reaching Effects…
The tool we used to develop this—we are going to give that away free…to
any other filmmaker who wants to make their film Color Assist. We
hope [it] will become like closed
captioning in the future.
Even More…
The film is an hour, but we also have a 250-page e-book companion on
StoryofSight.com plus the Second Screen app— which provides
additional content and videos as you watch the film,
