MINI-ME DESIGNS
Tura Unveils gx by Gwen Stefani Junior’s Collection
Grammy Award-winning musician and fashion mogul Gwen Stefani and Tura debut the gx by Gwen Stefani junior optical collection—a youth-focused new collection to complement the trendy adult styles in the gx collection.
The collection’s “mini-me” styles are geared toward fashion-forward boys and girls ages 8 to 16.
“A lot of kids’ glasses look like ‘kids’ glasses—I wanted to do glasses that were what I would wear,” says Stefani.
With styles sized at 47 to 52, the collection is also ideal for petite teens/adults. All frames offer spring hinges and the high-quality finishes found in the adult gx by Gwen Stefani collection.
Three styles for boys and three for girls come with a set of interchangeable emojis (inspired by Stefani’s son, who would put emoji stickers on the temples of his own glasses). Pictured here on the children are models GX900, left, and GX804.
Suggested retail pricing is $165 to $175.

TO THE MARKET: “The gx by Gwen Stefani collection for juniors is a playful take on the adult collection, continuing the same key brand elements. It’s urban, colorful, and fresh. Bold shapes with playful uses of neon, tribal-like horn patterns, glitter, and camouflage prints emphasize the brand’s pop-culture roots.”
