Charmant named Paul Saccone as regional sales manager of the Northwestern territory. Saccone, a former optician, has been a Charmant sales representative since 1999.
Coburn Technologies, Inc., promoted David Kilfoil to marketing manager. Kilfoil is also a member of The Vision Council’s Emerging Optical Leaders Committee.
GIGI Barcelona has entered the U.S. eyewear market, naming industry veteran Miki Huguet as general manager in the U.S.

Optovue promoted Joe Garibaldi to vice president of U.S. sales. He joined the company in 2009 as a territory manager.

The board of directors at VSP Global has named Gordon Jennings, O.D., as chairman of the board for a two-year term. Dr. Jennings previously served as vice chairman.
