▶ opti international trade show for optics + design kicked off the new decade on a positive and energetic note, as 28,000 trade visitors from 93 countries attended the fair, held Jan. 10-12 in Munich.

A BRIGHT START.
Frames, eyewear accessories, and lenses were decked in neon hues, as bright pops of color reminiscent of urban nightlife were spotted from brands like Komono, Mykita, Ørgreen, Theo, and more.

TECH TIME.
Attendees flocked to the opti Showcase to use the state-of-the-art Oculus Quest virtual reality glasses, providing users with a virtual tour of real optical practices. The VR experience served up tips and ideas for business development on the topics of marketing, visual merchandising, and more.

POSITIVE OUTLOOK.
Companies brought their A game, highlighting 2020 as a key year in vision.
The strong momentum remains as opti prepares to move to Stuttgart in 2021, alternating between Munich every other year.
