April 5, 2023 — Europa Eyewear has announced a partnership with Blue Point Capital Partners, an investment firm that is contributing to Europa’s growth and expansion. Blue Point has decades of experience working with family-owned businesses, which includes eyewear industry knowledge through its investment in Hilco Vision.
 
Jeff Cole and Holly Rush will serve as advisors and board members while providing guidance to Europa’s management team.
 
Cole was formerly the chairman and CEO of Cole National, which included Pearle Vision, Target Optical, and others, and the founder of Pearle Europe, which he helped grow to more than 7,500 stores. With more than three decades of experience in the health care and consumer sectors, Rush recently served as president of Luxottica Wholesale and CEO of Costa del Mar.
