Oct. 26, 2023 — Loft Eyewear Shows has announced its commitment to remain in New York City through 2024 and beyond.
 
Loft Eyewear Shows has showcased independent luxury eyewear from designers from around the world since 2000. The event has grown to include events outside of New York, including San Francisco in 2019, but organizers are committed to remaining in New York City.
 
“Like many others, we were surprised by the recent news that Vision Expo is moving to another state,” says Richard Mewha, founder of Loft Eyewear Shows. “Our event will definitely remain a fixture on the eyewear calendar here in New York. We…cannot imagine holding our event anywhere else.”
 
The next Loft event will take place March 14-17, 2024, at the Hudson Mercantile in New York City.
 
“We are strongly committed to our New York event and look forward to taking on any new challenges and opportunities in the future,” says Louis Fullagar, marketing director of Loft Eyewear Shows. “Our show is an established ritual for many people in the industry, especially in the Northeast, and we don’t foresee that changing.”
