Oct. 12, 2023 — The National Organization on Disability (NOD) has recognized VSP Vision with the NOD Leading Disability Employer Seal for its demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion by offering employment and advancement opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
 
VSP Vision shares that it plans to honor the October Disability Month observance with a lineup of speakers, networking events, and community engagement activities.
 
Recipients of the NOD Leading Disability Employer Seal are determined based on data collected by companies on the NOD Employment Tracker, a free assessment tool that offers intel on which employment practices correlate to improved talent outcomes related to hiring, retaining, and promoting people with disabilities.
