Sept. 7, 2023 — Safilo has released the latest update regarding the evaluation of a possible transfer of its plant in Longarone, Italy, to a potential third party.
 
Following the previous announcement, Safilo has confirmed that the minutes of the meeting that determined the agreement regarding the Longarone plant were signed at the offices of Regione Veneto. The agreement involves relocating all employees to Thelios and Innovatek. The involved parties will now move on to the final stages of completing the deal.
 
In a statement, Safilo thanked the involvement of all parties.
