Nov. 17, 2023 — The organizers of Vision Expo, The Vision Council (TVC) and Rx, have opened registration for Vision Expo East, set to take place March 14-17, 2024, at the Javits Center in New York City.
 
The 2024 edition of Vision Expo East will mark the end of its era in New York City, as TVC and Rx recently announced the show’s move to Orlando, FL, in 2025.
 
Registration is open for exhibitors and attendees, and hotel accommodations can be reserved here.
 
The show will feature more than 150,000 square feet of exhibit space to host more than 450 eyecare and eyewear brands, more than 300 hours of continuing education courses and workshops, presentations and panel discussions, and access to special events.
 
“Vision Expo East 2024 will be an unforgettable occasion—a blend of honoring our industry’s past and embracing its future,” says Fran Pennella, vice president of Vision Expo at Rx. “We look forward to commemorating nearly 40 years of growth and innovation in the optical industry.”
 
The following are some highlights slated for 2024:
 

• Flaunt the Frame will showcase independent eyewear designs via a fashion show series, developed by VuePoint Media and IMAGINEM magazine.
• The Now Pavilion will feature a curated selection of more than 150 designs from around the world, and the second annual Now Awards will honor designs across various categories.
• The Atelier will expand to highlight more than 90 independent designers and artisans and will host the Lookout, a display of products from independent designers who have been in business for five years or less.
