July 18, 2024 — IDOC has announced the theme for its annual conference, The Connection, set to take place in Round Rock, TX, Feb. 13-16, 2025. The theme, "Ignite Your Vision," aims to inspire independent optometrists with new ideas and highlight the importance of conferences that bring the industry together.

IDOC is seeking speakers for the event to cover topics such as clinical advancements, practice management, finance, staff training, marketing and growth strategies, technology integration and artificial intelligence, and patient experience. Proposals are due by Wednesday, July 31, and must include a title, course summary, speaker biography, and relevant experience.
