EssilorLuxottica has announced an agreement to acquire one of Malaysia’s largest optical companies, which operates more than 90 stores under the A-Look, Seen, and OWL banners. Founded in 2003, these omnichannel, multibranded stores are located across East and West Malaysia. The transaction is expected to close by the end of June 2025, subject to customary conditions.
