
Registration is now open for the Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation Association (NORA) 35th Annual Conference, taking place Sept. 18–21 at the Hilton Denver City Center in Denver.
Under the theme of “Bridging Neuroscience and Clinical Vision Rehabilitation,” the event will feature more than 18 hours of continuing education (COPE approval pending), including clinical skills workshops, hands-on training sessions, and interdisciplinary lectures. The event is designed for professionals involved in neurovisual rehabilitation for individuals affected by traumatic brain injury and other neurological conditions.
The following are highlights of the upcoming program:
- A keynote address by Edie Zusman, MD, CEO and executive director of Safe Living Space, a nonprofit focused on brain injury research, education, and advocacy
- A keynote address by Cyrus Raji, MD, PhD, director of Neuromagnetic Resonance Imaging at Washington University in St. Louis
- A Prism Panel discussing current controversies and clinical strategies in prism use
- “Decoding Dizziness” Multidisciplinary Session examining vestibular-visual system interactions
- Sessions on TBI + Behavioral Health and TBI + Sleep, exploring the relationship between vision rehabilitation, emotional regulation, and circadian function
Attendees will also have access to exhibitors showcasing new products, programs, and technologies in neuro-optometric rehabilitation.
